Upon successful completion of the 120 day program, clients may access our continuum of care. Our continuum of care includes one-year low-cost housing. All programs offer dignified, independent living coupled with supportive services -based on self-accountability - to ensure that clients transition from low-functioning dependency to sustainable, community contributors.
